The Schmargult Farm

During spring break, we bring our " Vosgien Cow " to the green grass of our montain landscape .

 

All the milk production of the farm goes to the cheese products . We made the tradtional Munster followin our ancestors instructions from decades and the Barkass wich is most known as the " Gruyère des Vosges ".

 

We are selling our production at the restaurant and we would be pleased to make it tastsed on the traditionnel " Marcaire Meal " .
